Do you require blood work before starting the mediation?
Yes. Labs completed within the last 3 months are required to begin treatment. You may upload your existing lab results, and we will review them to determine if any additional tests are needed. If so, we can order the remaining labs for you.
How long does shipping take for home delivery medications?
Shipping times will vary by pharmacy stock and dosage. The range can be anywhere from 4-10 business days from the date the order is placed for delivery. Invoices paid outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or near holidays may require an additional 1-2 days for processing. Your tracking number is sent to you via email.
Do you accept FSH/HSA cards?
Yes, FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

How can I cancel the subscription?
Please notify us 30 days in advance if you would like to cancel the subscription.
