How It Works
Step 1. Book your appointment.
This is the first step to optimizing your health and changing your life.
Once you have booked an appointment time, you will receive access to your confidential patient portal. You will also receive consent forms and a medical history intake.
Step 2. Prepare for your appointment.
To ensure a seamless experience, complete all consents and patient detail forms. Upload any lab results you have from the last 12 months and share with your provider. Comprehensive review of your health guides our clinical decisions. But don't worry, if we feel it is necessary for additional bloodwork, we will arrange a lab draw at your convenience utilizing a nearby laboratory office.
Step 3. Join your wellness consultation.
You will receive a link via text to your provider's confidential consultation platform. As your appointment time approaches, click the link and join your provider at your scheduled time.
You and your provider will discuss all pertinent medical information and devise a plan to improve your health and address your specific program interests.
Step 4. Receive your medication.
You will receive your medication by mail for your convenience and start as directed by your provider. Your provider is always a phone call away for questions, comments, & concerns.
Schedule a follow-up appointment for refills and to discuss your progress and wellness.
