By entering your credit card information, you authorize us to securely store your credit card information for future transactions and recurring payments related to your account. This will eliminate the need for you to provide your payment information repeatedly, saving you time and effort.

Cancellations and re-scheduled visits will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for an appointment, you may lose some of the allotted time for that appointment and no make-up time will be allotted during that visit. “No-shows” will automatically be billed $50. A “no-show” is defined as absent after 15 minutes of your slotted appointment time.
